This place seems to have closed and is now called “Secret Level”. Not sure if it is still plant based?
So Radish is a culinary gem nestled in the heart of Arvada, Colorado. This place has been on our list of places for a while and I am not sure why we have never made it up here to try it out. This vibrant eatery combines a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients with creative flavor combinations to bring you a dining experience that is delicious, nourishing and 100% plant based.
Stepping into So Radish is like entering a graffiti tagged alley way with artistic murals on the walls. The inviting atmosphere, creates a comfortable space where you can relax and savor your meal. The friendly staff greets you with a smile, ready to guide you through their menu of culinary delights. There is even a secret game room in the back if you go exploring.
They prioritize using fresh, seasonal ingredients, ensuring that every dish bursts with flavor and nutritional goodness. We love going to places like this since there is so much to choose from. Normally we are having to choose from one or two items, something like a salad or a Beyond hamburger. This place has so many options how do you choose, I want one of everything.
The Country Fried Steak, it sounded and look delicious. It was made with a fried Beyond Sausage patty, mashed potatoes, covered with country gravy, fried sage, sautéed southern greens with onions, cornbread, and a side of maple butter. We ordered an extra cornbread and butter since we were sharing and thought that it only came with one. Well, we ended up with three and had one to split, they were very good. There were chunks of corn in the muffin and with the maple butter, they melted in your mouth.
We were going to try one of the rotating Cheezecakes since regular cheesecake is one of my favorites. But the cost was a little high for a single piece, so we passed on that. The meal was delicious and I almost licked the plate clean. I will definitely come back to this place in the near future.
With their welcoming ambiance, and a menu that delights and surprises, they will offer you a dining experience that will leave you craving more. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to add this gem to your culinary itinerary. Prepare to be amazed by the creativity and flavors that await you at So Radish!
One last thing, you need to check out the bathroom, it is covered in mirrors and kind of a trip when you close the door and you have hundreds of your reflections that trail off into the distance. It kind of makes you feel like you are in a fun house at the local fair.
