We were in Steamboat Springs for the weekend and stopped by a place called Seedz, just on the west side of town. From looking at their menu online they had quite a few vegan or plant based options for us. However, getting there and reviewing the menu in person, they were not marked as clearly as to what was vegan and what could be made vegan (plant based).
The place is small and decorated with a lot of different and interesting art pieces. One that looked to be an African mask. There were a few different themes going on here too, like Indian, Asian and American. We ended up getting an order of the Garlic Soy Edamame, Cashew Tofu Lettuce Wraps, Korean Cashew Noodle, and a bowl of the Ramen minus the egg and added the tofu. I guess we were pretty hungry because we ate all this, a lot more than we normally eat.
The service was good and the food came out quickly. Since we did have a group of eight, they did add the gratuity to the bill which was fine. The food was very good and we were happy that they did have a lot of plant-based options for us. They also had a good selection for the meat eaters that were in our group too.
We would go back here again and may since we will be here on and off for the rest of December and into the New Year. I am not sure how many other vegan restaurant options we have around the Steamboat Springs area.
