Smooth Departure and Grateful Farewells from the Port
Our arrival at the port greeted us with the early morning sun, docking by 5:30. After freshening up, we headed to the Windjammer for a hearty breakfast and coffee, bumping into some of our group for final farewells. We even got another chance to say goodbye to one of the very friendly waitresses Renata, from our main dinner.
Returning to the room to gather our belongings, we made our way to the gangplank and departure area. Customs clearance proved hassle-free, requiring just a quick face scan. Navigating through, we located the pickup area, where our driver awaited to escort us to the airport.
Pro Tip: If you are getting off the ship carrying your luggage, you don’t need to follow the scheduled departure time. That is for the ones that checked their luggage the night before.
Embarking on our journey homeward, we express heartfelt gratitude to everyone for contributing to an exceptional trip filled with cherished memories. Until our paths cross again, hopefully in the near future, farewell.
